How does shipping work?

Most of our roasters ship within 1–3 days of your order being placed. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Free shipping is available on orders over $50.

What is your return policy?

Because coffee is a perishable product, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. If you received a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right. Unopened bags in original condition can be returned within 14 days for a full refund.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and carrier information. You can also log in to your account and visit My Orders to see the current status and tracking details for all your orders.

Do you offer subscriptions?

Coffee subscriptions are on our roadmap! For now, we recommend bookmarking your favourite products and checking back regularly — many roasters release seasonal and limited-edition batches throughout the year. Sign up for our newsletter to get notified first.

How do I become a roaster on Who's Brew?

We'd love to partner with you! Independent roasters can apply by reaching out to us at roasters@whosbrew.com with information about your roastery, your product line, and what makes your coffee special. We review all applications and aim to respond within 5 business days.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) via our secure Stripe payment processing. We also support Apple Pay and Google Pay at checkout. All transactions are encrypted and secure.

Can I order as a guest?

Yes! You can complete your purchase without creating an account. However, creating a free account lets you track orders, save your wishlist, write reviews, and get a faster checkout experience.

How fresh is the coffee?

Freshness is our priority. Most roasters on Who's Brew roast to order or ship within days of roasting. Each product page shows the roaster's typical dispatch time. We recommend consuming your coffee within 2–4 weeks of the roast date for peak flavour.
