1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Who's Brew (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Use of the Service
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Orders and Payments
All prices are displayed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. By placing an order, you authorise us to charge your selected payment method. Orders are confirmed upon payment and cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
5. Returns and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, returns of opened products are not accepted. For damaged or incorrect orders, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Refunds for eligible returns are processed within 5–10 business days.
6. Vendor Terms
Roasters listing products on the Service agree to maintain accurate product listings, fulfil orders promptly, and comply with all applicable food safety regulations. Who's Brew reserves the right to remove any listing or suspend any vendor account for violations of these terms.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Service, including text, images, logos, and software, is owned by Who's Brew or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Who's Brew shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
9. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.
