30-Day Return Window
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. Please review the conditions below before initiating a return.
What Can Be Returned
Eligible for Return
- Unopened bags in original, undamaged packaging
- Items damaged during shipping (with photo evidence)
- Incorrect items received
- Items that arrived defective or spoiled
Not Eligible for Return
- Opened coffee bags (perishable product)
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery
- Gift cards or store credit
- Items that show signs of use or damage caused by the buyer
How to Initiate a Return

Contact our support team
Email returns@whosbrew.com with your order number and the reason for your return. If your item arrived damaged, please include photos.

Receive your return authorisation
Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and return shipping instructions within 2 business days.

Ship the item back
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number on the outside of the parcel. Return shipping costs are covered by Who's Brew for damaged or incorrect items; for other returns, the buyer is responsible.

Receive your refund
Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving your returned item. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. For PayPal payments, refunds are usually reflected within 1–2 business days.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct product exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order. This ensures the fastest turnaround for you.
