Grown at <strong data-start="485" data-end="505">Ratnagiri Estate</strong>, this medium roast captures the region’s vibrant altitude and climate in every sip.</p> <p data-start="591" data-end="759">After harvest, the cherries are fermented for 42 to 72 hours and then slowly dried on raised beds—a process that brings clarity and a soft, fruity sweetness to the cup.</p> <p data-start="761" data-end="974">Expect bright notes of <strong data-start="784" data-end="813">peach, apricot, and apple</strong>, all layered into a clean, juicy brew.
